Welcome to March's installment from the Share Six team! Frozen is this month's theme and I had no problem getting images for this image living in Scotland! We have had alot of snow this year so it seemed fitting to share some of my snow images for the theme.

These images were shot on a day we took the dog for a walk out on a path we frequently visit, there is something magical when a landscape you know well is draped in snow, it suddenly becomes transformed into another world, almost nardia-like. The deadening silence from the snow falling was quite obvious and we truly felt there was no-one around for miles. The kids has so much fun making a snowman and even named him, I don't think as a child you can beat playing in the snow.

I think this quote pretty much sums it up ~

"I wonder if the snow loves the trees and fields that it kisses them so gently? And then it covers them up snug, you know, with a white quilt; and perhaps it says, 'Go to sleep, darlings, till the summer comes again.'"

- Lewis Carroll

Until next time,
