Hello!
Our new theme is imperfection or what I like to think of is 'perfectly imperfect' - I found a great quote which pretty much sums up what I want to say...
“Life isn’t meant to be lived perfectly…but merely to be LIVED. Boldly, wildly, beautifully, uncertainly, imperfectly, magically LIVED.” ~ Mandy Hale
My images this month come amidst this whole global pandemic which is affecting each and everyone of us. These images were taken during lockdown on one of our one 'allowed' daily family walks, taken using my Lensbaby edge 50 mm lens, which in itself is a very imperfect lens, giving a slice of focus which I admit will definitely be a bit wonky on occasion, manual focusing is still very tricky to me at times!
This time is scary, uncertain and comes with many restrictions on our normal day to day lives. But, we still have to live, maybe not as boldly or wildly as my quote suggests but just a day at a time, one minute/hour/day at a time, until this is over.
