Share six - oof

Its February already! How did that happen and its the 6th of the month and that means a new installment of Share Six, this month we have the theme out of focus, or as those in the trade like to say, 'oof'. This theme is vast, anything goes and I had a bunch of fun shooting for it, as you will soon see!

Now, these images are intentionally out of focus, not like those images we as photographers sometimes are unfortunate enough to get that are absolutely NOT meant to be oof, those we cull, never to look at again, or tell a soul about, no, these are shot with intent, something entirely different, although sometimes oof mistakes end up being happy accidents aswell!

I used my Lensbaby velvet (fave lens ever btw!) and used a slow shutter speed to capture a vase of tulips, sounds bonkers I know, but they have this dream like, surreal quality that i absolutely love! I might even print one and hang it.

These images fill my creative heart with absolute joy and it was so nice to shoot just for me, something I need to do more of, no limits, no boundaries, just imagination and a camera.

Until next time
