Hello!

Its the 6th of the month and that means a new blog circle from the ladies at Share Six, its a privilege to see what they share every month, each so diverse in what they write about and the types of images they share. This month I chose the theme of PETS.

Since my husband and I bought a house together in 2004 we have always had a dog, they are such an important part of our family and I can't see us ever being without one now. We lost our first dog, Jess in 2019, she was a black Labrador and she made it to the grand old age of 15 years old - a great age, nevertheless it did not make it any easier when she was gone.

Now we have two very lively golden labs, Max is nearly 3 and our new addition Harris is only just over 7 months old. They bring such life, plenty of mischief and laughter into our home and I think its important that children know the love of an animal growing up and what is required to love and care for them in return.
